An independent Australian journal

Established for the trade and the threshold

Door Sales

Doors, hardware and the houses they close

Method

Editorial standards

A door is a building element. We treat it that way on the page.

Independence

Door Sales does not take payment to alter a conclusion. We do not run advertorial dressed as a buying guide. If a writer has a financial interest in a product, system or trade, that interest is disclosed on the piece.

Sources

Claims about law, ratings and safety lean on the National Construction Code, published Australian Standards (including AS 3959, AS 1288, AS 4145, AS 1905.1 and AS 1428), state planning instruments, and insurers’ publicly stated requirements. Prices are ranges, dated in the byline, and never invented to a dollar.

Voice

We write in Australian English. We prefer the specific opening — a 820 millimetre cavity slider in a 1970s brick veneer — to a global generality. We do not insult trades. We do not flatter manufacturers.

Corrections

If a fact is wrong, email support@worldwidebacklinks.com or use the contact form. We correct the article, update the “updated” date, and, for a material error, add a note at the foot of the piece.

Links

Navigational links on this site are ordinary <a href> elements. Citations to standards bodies, governments and museums are editorial. Any paid placement or guest-post outbound link carries rel="sponsored". We do not cloak affiliate links.

Images

Photographs are Creative Commons or public domain, self-hosted, and credited on the page and on the image credits page. We do not scrape showroom catalogues.

AI and original work

Every article is commissioned against a reported brief and edited for Australian conditions. We do not publish unsourced machine paste. Guest work must be original; see write for us.
